I am very pissed off right now.

I'm patient enough gave her 4 days to reply my email and she doesn't. Well, I sent another one saying that I haven't receive my item at all after waiting for 1 whole week.
Ah, this one she replied.

And to what I fear the most, she mailed out my item via normal postage instead of the registered postage that I opted for.

For that moment, I really feel like slapping her.

How the hell will you misread registered postage to normal postage!

It's not clothes that I ordered, it's heels!!!!!!

And the whole process of verifying payment and mailing out item took freaking 2 weeks!

ARGHHH!

I understand that there might be overwhelming response for their items and it will take some time for them to mail out the item. And there might be human error. But by giving me 30% discount for my next purchase doesn't make me satisfied at all. Because you didn't state you'll refund me my money nor the registered postage fee when I already waited 1 week. This is bad, most likely my item is lost. However I do still hoping that the post office is having some delay in sending the item to me. :(

Yes, they are runway bandits, one of the famous blogshops, poor service, slow in replying email and mailing service.
