Missed

I just needed some random space to rant my thoughts.
There are many opportunities in life.
How any of you managed to grab hold of it?
I just missed on one and I am pretty upset about it.
Initially I told my brother about it, he told me do not take unnecessary risks.
And few days later, he was sold on the idea.
We did try, but not hard and brave enough. We did not see thing far.
The idea did not succeed. I have see how others succeed on this.
Yes, sour grapes right now. We are not talking 1k to 2k, but the profit amount of more than 10k.
How can I not be heart broken when I can have that amount of increase on my bank statement?
Can you feel it too?
I have read many article on ways to increase salary/extra income in life, never use any of the methods. With inflation every day every year, there is no way to fight it with just decent salary.
I need to think of ways to grab hold of opportunities. After all, decent salary won't get me far.
I want to be debt free, and retire rich and happily.
Luck and opportunities are important in life.


I came to realise that it's all about planning ahead in life.
In business, there should always be a plan.
If you do not plan, you fail.
Fighting!

2011 is coming to an end, 2012 looks promising.
I need to put some thinking into the business if I am going to restart it.
I need think of a way to maximize the time that I have and to think of a more efficient way to lower the cost and improve the profit.
The fixed cost of the business and the variable cost of the business.
I am now undergoing some psychology self learning course to make things work the way I dream it to be.
It will be a rocky start. But once you possess the skill of sailing in the waves, you're on the way to success.

The fact is money is never going to fall from the sky, you have to earn it. Be it the hard or the easiest way.

It had been some time since the last post.

This 1 year, a lot of changes in my life. I stop working on Linnyberry and fully concentrate on my current job as a Fund Accountant.

It's a tough choice to make, money or passion? And I made the more realistic choice, to go money. With money, you can then make wonders.

How often when you realise you're not young to pursue the dream that you once sought after?

Let me recap, the chance to expand linnyberry when Linnyberry is growing with 1000 emails addresses, the chance to bring in working attire as the wholesale is too risky, i missed far too many chances and I can't waste any of them in the near future.

I browsed through Linnyberry and I found some photos which gave motivation to make things better.

Be it the past or present, all these still look good to go. 

I am back in action after such a long long break!

I am now a 100% shopaholic.
I bought clothes online and only when I receive it, I realise I am not suitable for it.
In this case what should I do?

Well, my suggestion is that perhaps during christmas period, I can wrap them up and give them away as present.
YA! You guys might love it!!! I hope I am not too stingy because it's rather a costly christmas present.
If only I am fatter and taller, I think I might look nice in them. :)

I want to stop this incurable shopaholic virus!!! ARGHHH

Been super busy for this week. Working and going out after work.
Working kills. I feel so drained after work everyday. Machiam like I need 10 hours of sleep every night. I can fall asleep instantly once I hit bed. I don't really like the working hours though. Make me feel that I don't have any personal time for myself. No life at all!
Blame it on the different time zone. Argghh..
I feel so lazy nowaday. Feel like nua-ing at home everyday.

I saw a new light in a new way.
I will fight for my dream, for there will be light after the tunnel.

My boyfriend runs away with other girls to Genting during my exam period!
Well done!

Holy cow.
It seems to be everything are against me during exam.
You never expect this to happen on the day of exam.
I went for my MM paper and half way, the smrt announced that due to some disrupt, they had to terminate the train at Eunos station. Everyone was puzzled. Then I saw all the students from SIM rushing out of the station. Easy to recognise as they were all holding the notes in their hand. Well, I rushed to the main road and yes, there were cabs everywhere just that it's hired. FREAK. It's 2pm and I still didn't manage to catch any cab. Called for cab and I can't give the exact location of where I am because I don't live in Eunos and either I know where am I. It's totally awkward situation. We are panicking for cab to save us and the CSO just doesn't know where are we. Ya, I made friends with fellow students who were in the same situtation as me. In the end, there was this kind taxi uncle who cancel his booking in order to drive us to the examination hall. :)
Reached the hall late, about 2.35pm, exam had started.
But luckily there is an additional 15 mins given due to the disruption from SMRT.
PHEW!


I hope this kind of thing only happen once.
I will fight against all odds.

Birthday is over, I am now 1 year older, wiser and smarter. HAHA!

I want to say the word thanks those who wished me happy birthday and celebrating my birthday with me! :)

Now rather stress with the coming exams, with 6 modules that I haven't even complete revising any.

Slack too much.

Got to update the blog with my birthday celebrations!

Celebrated firstly with PC and TM.

We intended to catch the car movie somewhere in an open field in sengkang. BUT... The rain was quite heavy that the crews have to cancel the event. What a pity! :(

Our 2nd attempt but still failed. Whenever we wanted to catch the movie, that day will definitely rain without fail. Are we cursed?! =X

Then we proceeded to Orchard to catch indoor movie since we can't catch outdoor movie. Hahaha! We watched How to Train Your Dragon after much hesitation and psycho-ing! See! You all won't regret one! HAHA! Nice right! Toothless!! So cuteeeeee! The movie was at around 11.45pm and we decided to have our dinner at Waraku in Heeren. After dinner, they present me the birthday cake! Luckily I didn't order side dish after main course. Haha! PC, I realise we didn't even take photo together with TM, not even a single outing trip!

Our 10 years of friendship, indeed very precious!

The second celebration with F4!

After much consideration, decided to have dinner at Brotzeit. We ordered pizza, pork knuckles and platter for 2. The foods turned cold rather fast as we're sitting below the fan with aircon blowing at us. The food is only so so, not as good as what I expect it to be. HAA! There is the ultimate polaroid provided by Shufen! WOOHOOO! Ya, I think I shall get 1 for myself. But then I will like to have the Canon IXUS 210. It's a digital camera with fisheye effect! Back to topic, we headed to Heeren to collect my birthday present! It's the Converse Shoes in black. I am now a cool girl. Haha! While waiting for Joc's husband coming over to fetch her, we did a lot of funny posing. Hilarious yet memorable. I was laughing with tears in my eyes. =X

17/4/2010, I celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend.

Have class until 6.30pm in the evening following by piano till 8.30pm. Wasn't anticipating any surprise as my boyfriend made reservation rather last minute and there isn't any available seats left. But he did made me happy with a birthday cake outside funan, quite touched by the effort. But why isn't there a birthday song? Hmm..

Then we headed over to Central Mall for late dinner. Decided to try the Korean Restaurant, think the name is Seoul Yummy. Boyfriend said food is so so but service is excellent. However there might be a possibility that I might go back again and try other dishes. HAHA! I am hardcore korean food and japanese food fan. Proudly present you the ultimate Kaka Jersey! Ya, my boyfriend is kaka's fan too! He's smiling so happily holding it! HAHAHA! XD

I think I lost the photos of me holding the jersey, can't find leh.

I will like to try Ristorante De Parma.

It really looks delicious! Smoked salmon pizza, Tiramisu and Molten cake! OMGG!! Drooling liao!

Lastly, the acer laptop that we bought it for $1350 at the previous IT Fair.

Almost the same color as my M30. I want to sell my M30 away! Cheap cheap eh!

Thinking of what to get for me for my birthday? haha!

Here are some tips:
1) Covered Shoes such as laced up converse shoes in lilac or some sweet pastel colors make my heart flutters! However leather converse shoes in boyish black gives me a cool feel too! Inspired Dr Marten boots that I saw from a taiwan website also caught my eyes. Nice nice! Personally I will want to try straps with laces or the inspired Dr Marten boots. =X

2) Skin Food Cleansing Gel!

My cleansing gel is going to use up and I need a new cleanser.

3) Money

Money is the most practical present in the world! If you don't know what I want or like, then give me ang bao! haaa! I can use the money to buy stuff that I like or is practical to me! You happy, I happy too! LOL.

4) Make Up Kit

As you probably know, I sux at make up. I need a make up kit to guide me.

5) Relative or UOL Script marker

If you're a relative of any UOL script marker, please let me pass all the papers! This will be my greatest present ever! :)

I think thats about it for now, can't think of anymore that I need or want.

Still got few more days of night classes to stay up for! AHHHHHHHHHHH!

Didn't have any new year photos to share as I didn't take any.

Should have bring the camera over to boyfriend house so that I can secretly take photos of him misbehaving at home. HAHAHA! Just kidding! He was kind enough to keep me entertained. We even make cupcakes with his mum! His mum really pro at cooking! She can cook all sort of foods! OH MY! She shall be my role model! I want to be a super woman, able to look after my family and be a business woman!

Ang bao this year is not very optimistic. Need to earn more from Linnyberry and external (TOTO, 4D for now). HAHA! Now you know where I get my influence from. =X All the money will be going to Linn's laptop fund. Any good recommendation for laptop? I might not be getting mac book because of its functions. I am dinosaur, still prefer windows XP.

Prelim is just around the corner and yet I haven't even complete a single module. And guess what, I just started macro. Holy! I even thought of not going for the papers. If you can recall, we need to use more than 5 pages of the booklet in order for the examiner or marker to mark. What if I can't even write 5 pages? That will be so embarrassing! BOO!
