I am so pissed with a customer.
When it comes to selling things, it's alway money first, then the item will be yours or unless you have multiple purchases from me before and I trust you, so I reserve for you.
But customer A doesn't even purchase anything from me before and I asked her yesterday if she will prefer normal or registered postage and she doesn't even reply me until this afternoon. I don't even have enough stock and I even have to reject another customer. But why customer A can't understand the fact that I don't have any stock on hand nor with my supplier because the damn Shirt Dress is so HOT selling that it's OUT OF STOCK. And she made my life difficult by saying that she thought she said that she confirmed her order? OH MY GOSH. I haven't even send you the payment slip and how can you say you confirm your order? I can also say that I confirmed my order and go missing after that. It's true that I gave you false hope but I already trying to make peace by apologising to you.
And take it or leave it, I give you a 10% discount for any item in compensation.
Please don't make my life difficult. I want to pass my exams.
